HF-805AG01 Flame Retardant for Blow Molding, Extrusion, and Thermoforming Applications
Complord HF-805AG01 is a halogen-free flame retardant based on the piperazine pyrophosphate system, specifically engineered for flame-retardant materials for blow molding, extrusion and thermoforming. It is suitable for low-MFR PP/PE substrates.
At a recommended loading of 32%, HF-805AG01 can consistently achieve UL 94 V-0 at 2.0 mm, and can even meet the 5VA rating under appropriate formulation conditions.
The product delivers excellent dispersibility and surface aesthetics, with no visible white spots on black-colored products, and features outstanding resistance to migration and blooming.
It exhibits no foaming during compounding and extrusion, effectively eliminating critical defects that may otherwise occur in subsequent processing steps.
The allowable processing temperature can be raised to 180–200 °C. When used on a 50-series extruder, throughput can be increased to 100–110 kg/h with stable continuous production, readily supporting mass order fulfillment.
