HF-401M9D is a halogen-free flame retardant for polyamides with phosphorus as the flame-retardant active element. It features outstanding flame retardancy, excellent thermal stability and consistent feeding performance during compounding.Compared with conventional bromine-antimony flame retardant systems, it delivers prominent advantages including halogen-free eco-friendliness, low smoke density and low smoke toxicity.Polyamides compounded with HF-401M9D can achieve a UL94 V-0 flammability rating at a thickness of 0.75 mm, pass glow-wire tests at GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃, and complete the 70℃ ×
168h water immersion test per UL 746C. Furthermore, the finished compounds fully satisfy RoHS and REACH regulatory compliance requirements.
