HF-401W is a halogen-free phosphorus-nitrogen based flame retardantspecially designed for polyamide 6 (PA6). It delivers outstanding flame retardancy and excellent thermal stability. Compared with conventional bromine-antimony flame retardant systems, it features halogen-free eco-friendly formulation, low smoke density and low smoke toxicity. The flame retardant grade of polyamide flame- retarded with HF-401W can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.75mm), pass GWIT 770℃ and GWFI 960℃ glow-wire tests, and pass 70℃×168 hours immersion test (UL746C), and fully meet the requirements of RoHS and REACH
regulations.
