HF-800BP is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant of the piperazine pyrophosphate type, with phosphorus and nitrogen as its flame-retardant elements.
HF-800BP is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant of the piperazine pyrophosphate type, with phosphorus and nitrogen as its flame-retardant elements. It exhibits excellent flame-retardant performance, along with a high thermal decomposition temperature and outstanding anti-blooming property. These characteristics enable it to withstand higher processing temperatures and suit a broader range of applications. HF-800BP is widely used in reinforced and non-reinforced materials of thermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, EVA, TPE, etc., can make the materials reach UL94 V-0, GWIT 750℃, GWFI 960℃ and other flame retardant grades. At the same time fully meet the requirements of RoHS and REACH regulations. The material using HF-800BP also has the characteristics of low density, low smoke generation, and low mold corrosion.
