HF-805M4H01 is a halogen-free and environmentally friendly black flame retardant masterbatch based on piperazine pyrophosphate, with high-fluidity and high-strength PP as the carrier. It can be used in various flame-retardant PP products with high fluidity, and is especially suitable for the production of continuous glass fiber prepreg cloth. It fully complies with EU environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH. HF-805M4H01 uses phosphorus and nitrogen as flame-retardant elements, which play a flame-retardant role through the mechanism of forming an intumescent char layer to block oxygen and fire sources, with low smoke density and low smoke toxicity. The flame retardant grade of its flame-retardant PP products can reach UL94 V-0, GWIT 750℃, and GWFI 960℃. Moreover, the flame-retardant products have the characteristics of low density and little mold corrosion.
