HF-800A is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant based on phosphorous and nitrogen synergism, mainly composed of Piperazine Pyrophosphate, which belongs to the latest generation of halogen-free flame retardant system.
HF-800A is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant based on phosphorous and nitrogen synergism, mainly composed of Piperazine Pyrophosphate, which belongs to the latest generation of halogen-free flame retardant system. Compared with the traditional halogen-free flame retardant system composed of APP, HF-800A has higher flame retardant efficiency, thermal decomposition temperature, and better water desorption resistance, so that it can withstand higher processing temperatures and is suitable for in a wider range of applications. HF-800A is widely used in reinforced and non-reinforced materials of thermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, EVA, TPE, etc., can make the materials reach UL94 V-0, GWIT 750℃, GWFI 960℃ and other flame retardant grades. At the same time fully meet the requirements of RoHS and REACH regulations. The material using HF-800A also has the characteristics of low density, low smoke generation, and low mold corrosion.
