HF-T1020 is a new type of triazine macromolecular compound, mainly used as a carbon source for halogen-free intumescent flame retardants. Compared with traditional pentaerythritol carbonizing agents, HF-T1020 has a high decomposition temperature, extremely low water and oil solubility, no migration and precipitation, and a wider range of applications.
T1020 has excellent carbonization effect and can be compounded with acid sources such as ammonium polyphosphate and gas sources to form a halogen-free
intumescent flame retardant. It is widely used in polyolefin plastics, as well as plastics such as polyester and polyamide, as well as products that require flame retardancy such as coatings and fabric coatings.
Product advantages:
(1) Very low water solubility, not easy to hydrolyze or precipitate;
(2) The decomposition temperature is high and can adapt to higher processing temperatures;
(3) Halogen-free and environmentally friendly, it can meet the requirements of environmental protection standards such as RoHS and REACH;
(4) Good dispersion effect, little impact on product appearance and product fluidity.
