ST-1005 is an environmentally friendly silicon-based flame retardant that exhibits excellent synergistic flame retardant effects on halogen flame retardants, enabling it to completely replace antimony trioxide while improving flame retardant efficiency and providing good smoke suppression. It fully complies with RoHS and REACH regulations and is primarily used as a substitute for antimony trioxide in flame‑retardant polymers such as PP, PE, EVA, PVC, and CPE. Key advantages include a halogen‑free, environmentally friendly composition with heavy metal contents (Pb, As, Hg, Cr, Cd) all below 20 ppm, extremely low water solubility and hygroscopicity that prevent water precipitation and ensure no negative impact on electrical properties, as well as high thermal stability that accommodates a wide range of processing requirements.
